Representative Experience

• Represented Tolkin Group in the Claremont Village Expansion Project, a 125,000- square-foot specialty lifestyle center opened in November 2007.  We counseled on the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and all other aspects of the development featuring retailers, restaurants, a movie theatre complex, office space and a boutique hotel in the historic Claremont Village shopping district.
• Represented Tolkin Group in the development of the Metlox Project, an upscale retail project in Manhattan Beach’s commercial walking district. We counseled on the ground leasing, financing, construction, leasing and all other aspects of development.
• Structured and negotiated, on behalf of the University of Southern California, ground, subground and retail leases for the development of student housing for 1,600 students and the development of a world-class bookstore, health facility and ancillary shops.
